The first stages of the establishing and construction process began in 1997 and according to the latest international specifications and the experience of the world's largest companies in the field of the manufacturing of machines and milling techniques, specifically the Swiss "Buhler".The company began producing the flour early in 2000 with two production lines with a production capacity of 1500 tons per day and a storage capacity of 60 thousand tons. During this period, and with the continuous increase and high demand for flour, the company witnessed large expansions, The company's production reached (3750) tons per day with a storage capacity of 170 thousand tons in 2004. The company became the largest mills company in the Republic of Yemen. These expansions were accompanied by the modernization and development in the management systems to ensure the development of the company's performance in various fields. For this reason many of the companys’ staff and affiliated have been sent to Switzerland , the United States, India and Cairo .Now the company has a highly qualified , skilled and experienced Yemeni staff .
