, through which the quality and safety of the food product is guaranteed according to the tracking and inspection system of products starting from the raw materials and during the manufacturing process to the final stages of the product according to accurate work plans and modern inspection devices .The traceability of the products is done by the staff in different quality sections which are :

Quality Confirmation Section.

A specialized technical team conducts all the raw material test and the final product test in a testing laboratory containing the equipment for the dough flour chips tests and the flour test ensuring that it conforms to international description and standards.

Quality Control Section.

All tests are carried out during the various production stages with a specialized technical staff and a laboratory equipped with the latest special equipment conforming to international standards .

Health Affairs Department .

It checks the health requirements of all the equipment, production machines and the transmission lines,and It takes all the procedures and conducts field follow-up for all the company sites and ensures compliance with hygiene requirements that ensures the production is of high cleanliness.
